Returns and Exchanges
At Labour and Cloth, we take pride in thoughtfully designing and carefully crafting high quality and great fitting chef gear. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do all we can to assist you.
Please e-mail your return or exchange request to info@labourandcloth.com. Upon receipt of your request we will e-mail you a return label.
You have 14 days from the original ship date to return an item for a full refund. You have up to 30 days from the original ship date to return an item for an exchange or a store credit. All items returned must be in 100% new condition, unworn and unaltered with all original tags in place. Please ensure your items are packaged appropriately for shipping as we cannot accept damaged returns. Our return or exchange policy applies to stock items only.
Once we received your return, we will notify you by e-mail. Refunds are credited minus the return shipping fee. If your return is a result of damage or defect upon delivery to your address, we will cover the cost of the return shipping fee.
Exchanges will be shipped or store credit will be issued upon receipt of your return. Once we receive your return, we will contact you about your exchange or store credit minus the return and exchange shipping charges.
The exchange or refund will be processed 3-5 business days from receipt of the return. Actual credit back onto your credit card will depend on your card issuers policy.
All embroidered, custom and sale/clearance items are Final Sale. There are no exchanges for refunds for these items.
